A delicious, lively, crisp riesling made in the German Spätlese tradition. Wonderfully seductive mouthful of apple, apricot and lime flavors, with a touch of flint lingering on the polished finish. This riesling has depth and complex character. Residual sugars make this a perfect pairing to balance spicy foods.
