Margherita Pizza
 
Ingredients

1 (10 inch) unbaked pizza crust
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
1/4 cup fresh grated romano cheese
1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded Italian fontina cheese or mozzarella
1 Roma tomato thinly
Sliced Julienne-cut fresh basil leaves
 
Directions

Pre-heat oven to 550 degrees. Roll out pizza dough to 1 10" pizza. Lightly brush pizza dough with olive oil; sprinkle with garlic.Mix cheese together and spread. Arrange tomato slices over cheese.
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until crust is crisp and lightly browned. Check bottom of pizza once or twice while baking to be sure it is not too dark; rotate pizza for more even color, if desired. Sprinkle with basil just before
removing pizza from grill.
