Also known as Summer Savory. Tastes great with legumes or cooked vegetable salads. Savory is a terrific herb for those on salt-free diets because it has a slight pepper-like flavor which makes food taste wonderful. In Bulgaria, Summer Savory is called chubritsa. In Germany, it is Bohnenkraut.
